Longs Peak Scottish-Irish Highland Festival

The Longs Peak Scottish-Irish Highland Festival, also known as Scotfest, is a huge celebration held the weekend after Labor Day each year in Estes Park, Colorado.  It is one of the largest gatherings of its kind in the country and features activities and events like Highland Dancing, Scottish Athletics, Jousting, Dogs of the British Isles, historic displays and re-enactments, plus plenty of live music, food, and shopping.  There’s something almost surreal about experiencing tradition Scottish-Irish culture surrounded by the stunning backdrop of the Rocky Mountains.  Definitely something everyone should experience at least once.  Visit for the latest details.
